Do you offer a trial period for your mattresses and bedding?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within this period.
How do I care for my DUSK linens and textiles?
To maintain the quality of your linens, we recommend machine washing at 30°C with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on a low heat setting to preserve the fibers.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We accept returns on all unused home accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
